How does laser eye surgery work?
Nearsighted people have longer eyeballs or too curved corneas. Therefore, they will have an inaccurate focusing point (in front of the retina instead of on the retina), causing blurred vision of seeing distant objects. Laser eye surgery can be a perfect treatment for nearsightedness. It involves using an invisible excimer laser beam to change the shape of the cornea.
