Uses of Copaxone
Copaxone is approved by the FDA to treat some forms of multiple sclerosis in adults. These include:
– Relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis: This form is characterized by periods of remission followed by periods of relapses.
– Clinically isolated syndrome: People with this type may experience a period of multiple sclerosis-like symptoms that last more than 1 day.
