Acetaminophen
One of those pain relievers that is widely used is acetaminophen. It is also known as paracetamol, and it is used to treat mild and moderate pain, including fever. Acetaminophen has different types, and these types should be taken according to instructions on their labels or as prescribed to you by your doctor. When administering acetaminophen to children, make sure you are giving the right dose by using the child’s weight or age. To see the effectiveness of this drug, use it at the start of the pain, not after the situation has worsened. Acetaminophen should not be taken for more than three days for fever and more than ten days for pain, unless as directed by your doctor. [4]
