Carrot Oatmeal Cookies

This is another simple recipe flavored and sweetened with maple syrup. Those cookies are full of healthful ingredients such as coconut oil, carrots, cinnamon, and oats. All you need to do is to combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and whisk together until they are thoroughly mixed. Add carrot pieces and let it chill for around 30 minutes.
