Supportive Blanket or Pillow
If hip pain makes it difficult to fall asleep, then it is a good idea to place a supportive blanket or pillow under this area. This will provide the affected joints with extra support or protection against pressure when you are rolling during the night. Do this when you are on your back. The position is especially helpful for women with pregnancy who suffer from hip pain during their third trimester. You should also try wearing sweatpants or thick pajamas to bed to add more support.
