Hamstrings Stretch

The hamstrings stretch can be a great exercise for strengthening your knee and improving your range of motion and flexibility. Firstly, you need to lie down on your back with outstretched legs. Bend the left knee and use both hands to grab your back of thigh or hamstrings. Pull your leg gently to your chest and relax your arms so that your knee is pointed up straight. Try to straighten your leg to the sky as much as you can. Bend your knee again and outstretch once more time. Do it on both legs a couple of times. [3]
