Leg Lifts

Leg lifts are an essential leg exercise that can improve your strength, balance, and stability, thus lowering the effects and tension on your knees. It mainly targets your buttock areas, including your glutes and hips. All you need to do is to stand against the wall and raise one leg to your side. Do not rotate your toe to this side and keep it pointing slightly in or forwards. After 15 to 30 seconds, lower down your leg to complete. Do these steps around 15 to 20 times on both sides. [10]
