Mountain climbers are another high-intensity and advanced cardio exercise to boost your workout routine and get the heart rate up. It can also improve agility and endurance. If you have never done this move before, it is advisable to take the time and try slow repetitions first. Avoid it when you feel pain or discomfort. Mountain climbers require a lot of core strength and upper body endurance. Start with a pushup position on your toes and hands. Make sure to engage the abs and keep the back flat.
