Modified V-Up

Crunches are a good exercise. However, too much repetition can be boring. To make it more interesting and challenging, try a modified V-up variation. Begin with lying on the back. Keep both arms at the sides and the legs straight. Next, lift the legs and torso off the floor. Bring the fingertips to the feet and knees to the chest to balance on the glutes. Stop when your knees meet your elbows. Ideally, you need to feel the contraction in the abs at this movement. Bring back the body slowly and repeat 10 to 15 times. [9]
