Mountain Climbers
To do a mountain climber, you need to start with a high plank position. After that, bend and bring one knee into the chest. Kick this knee back out. Bend the other one to bring it into the chest and kick it back out as well. You should do this alternatively. For beginners, make sure to do it slowly. Focus on involving the core and keeping the hips level. If you want more challenges, just increase the tempo and do it a bit longer.
