Figure Four Bridge

This exercise can be effective in working out the core muscles, quads, and glutes. Begin with lying on the back. Bend both knees and keep your feet flat on the ground. After that, cross the left ankle over the right leg to rest the ankle on the thigh, directly below the knee. Keep both arms at the sides with palms facing up. The next step is to push through the right foot to lift off the glutes until the knees are aligned with the shoulders. Slowly return to the initial position and switch. Repeat the exercise as many times as you want. [7]
