Scoliosis
Scoliosis is the abnormal curvature of the spine. In general, the normal shape of a spine typically includes two curves: one at the lower back and the other at the top shoulder. If this part is curved in a “C” or “S” shape, then it might be a symptom of scoliosis. Most cases do not have an identifiable cause. Diagnosis can detect the condition during the first 7 years of life. Possible triggers include genetic disorders, neurological abnormalities, and birth defects. Depending on the degree, symptoms can vary a lot, including a rotating spine, back pain, uneven hips, or uneven shoulders. [6]
