Popping Sound
In some cases of a torn meniscus, you might notice a popping or slipping sound around the knee joints. More specifically, this might feel as if something is caught inside this part and causes the noises when the knee is bending back and forth. This sound indicates that there would be a loose piece of cartilage in the joint or a meniscus tear. Most mild cases can heal quickly in a few weeks.
