Nausea
Vomiting or nausea can also happen during or after a concussion. If you notice someone vomiting, particularly repeatedly, after involved in an accident or being hit in his or her head, this often suggests the presence of a concussion. If they have not vomited, then you can check whether they experience an upset stomach or feel nauseated, which might also be possible signs of this health issue.
