Sweating
Breaking into a cold sweat can be the first indication of heart disease. That kind of sweat that leaves you with cold, clammy skin and is unusual is a sign that you are about to experience a heart attack. This happens because pumping blood through clogged arteries takes more effort from your heart. Hence, the body sweats more to try to keep your body temperature down during the extra effort. Sweating is one symptom that rings off a bell of danger in victims of a heart attack. When they experience the profuse sweating and notice that this sweating is not as a result of fever or flu, they do not delay in seeking medical attention. [7]
