Pain that Spreads to the Arms
Another awful and common sign of heart disease is an excruciating pain that spreads to the arm and down the left side of the body. This pain starts from the chest and moves outward. Although when growing old, it is normal to feel some slight pains but having intense pain during a heart attack is also rampant. This symptom is mostly seen in women. Women with heart diseases will feel pain in either arm while men will only feel pain on their left arms. In fact, it is possible to feel both chest pain and arm pain at the same time. [5]
