Pain
People with ovarian cysts often experience pelvic pain. It can be described as dull or sharp, depending on the affected area and cause. The sensation might be intermittent and persistent or come and go, especially when menstruation starts or ends. Sometimes, it would radiate to surrounding areas, such as thighs and lower back.
