Symptoms of Malaria
High Fever
One of the most common signs of malaria is a high fever with a temperature of more than 40 degrees. Indeed, this is also an early symptom that often occurs around 7 days after you are bitten by the mosquito. The initial conditions tend to be mild, just like common influenza or cold. The fever might come and go randomly because the parasites might transiently spread into the blood from your liver. It will gradually disappear after 2 weeks with proper treatments.[6]
