Light Exercises
If your dyspnea is caused by medical conditions related to your fitness, then some light exercises could be helpful in reducing the symptoms and risks of this health issue. The better the body is primed for physical activities, the less likely you are to have shortness of breath. In addition, exercises would improve the airflows into the body. It is advisable to start small by walking around for a couple of minutes. As soon as you feel winded, stop immediately and take a rest.
