Brace
A brace is a common option for in-season athletes who sustain a dislocated shoulder. In general, this tool can be helpful in preventing the affected part from being prone to dislocation in the future. Although it is impossible to prevent all cases, a brace can reduce the risk. A major drawback is that many athletes usually find it difficult to wear a brace and compete effectively. The tool is especially cumbersome in those sports that require overhead movements, which subsequently affects their performance. [9]
