Differences Between Tremors and Dyskinesia

Are Dyskinesia and Tremors Similar?

Many people typically confuse tremors with dyskinesia. This is perhaps because both conditions are characterized uncontrollable or involuntary movements in certain part of the body. In other words, they cause the body to act in a manner that you cannot control. In addition, they affect many people with Parkinson’s disease. This makes it quite hard to differentiate between these two conditions. However, each of these are caused by different factors and the types of movements are also not the same.  [3]
