Exercises
Working out on a regular basis is good for your health. And an intense indoor cycling session or brisk run in the morning would cause your heart to beat more quickly. This can help the cardiovascular system pump more blood to other parts of the body and power the muscles during physical activities. If you feel a pounding or fluttering sensation in your heart, then it might be because you have not worked out in a while. Also, perhaps you might be out of condition. Arrhythmia, or an irregular heartbeat, would also lead to heart palpitations when doing exercises. [10]
