Symptoms of Bradycardia
A slow heart rate is the main sign of bradycardia. Some people do not have other symptoms, while others do have. When bradycardia causes many symptoms at the same time, it can indicate a serious condition. Some common symptoms include shortness of breath, confusion, dizziness, fainting, and difficulty breathing when participating in physical activities, weakness, and exhaustion. If left untreated, more serious problems might occur, such as high or low blood pressure, chest pain, cardiac arrest, or even heart failure. [3]
