Hydrogen Peroxide
Another effective way to alleviate pain and inflammation caused by an abscessed tooth is to use hydrogen peroxide. It is a powerful product with antibacterial properties which can fight against infection, reduce plaque, and heal bleeding teeth. Since hydrogen peroxide can be dangerous if used in high concentration, make sure you dilute it with water before using. Ideally, you should mix an equal part of water and hydrogen peroxide together, then swish and spit it. Avoid swallowing the solution and make sure to rinse carefully with water a few times.
