Oil Pulling
This is a common way to keep oral hygiene which has been long used to deal with mouth ailments. Man studies have proved that oil pulling can get rid of toxins from the gums and teeth, making it a great option for reducing bacteria, preventing bad breath, and treating bleeding gums. Some good oils to use for oil pulling might include olive oil, sesame oil, or coconut oil (raw). It is recommended to use this remedy in the morning or when your stomach is empty.
