This symptom is termed nystagmus in the medical field. It is a vision condition in which the eyes make continuous and uncontrolled movements. The movement can be side to side, Up and down or in a circular pattern. Although this condition can also be caused by disease, accidents and side effects of drugs, it is also an aftermath of a stroke.
