Allergy
Allergies are also researched to trigger migraine headaches. Though researchers have not really found a clear link between allergies and migraines; the relationship is quite complex. However, what has been found out so far is that migraine headaches are recurrent in people who have sensitive nervous systems. This means their systems tend to react quickly or overreact to changes in the environment viewed as threats. Exposure to allergens (any substance that causes allergies) triggers your immune system to release certain chemicals which can fuel inflammation throughout the body. [8]
