Caffeine
Caffeine can make blood vessels become narrower if you drink tea or coffee over time. Once the body is used to the substance, a skip would affect the body and cause a headache. This is one of the most common symptoms of caffeine withdrawal. Sipping a cup of coffee can relieve the pain, but it just makes you depend on caffeine more. Ideally, you should not take in more than 400 ml of caffeine on a daily basis. Exceeding this threshold, in the long run, can lead to caffeine dependence and increase the risk of headaches.
