Veggies and Fruits
If you aren’t nauseated, then eating some veggies and fruits with high water contents can be a good way to alleviate dehydration. More importantly, they can compensate for the loss of important minerals in your body. Some popular watery fruits include bananas, grapefruit, strawberries, watermelons, papaya, cantaloupes, or grapes. For veggies, try tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, radishes, sweet peppers, lettuce, cucumbers, celery, cabbage, cauliflower, or broccoli. Avoid consuming dairy products if you have nausea or diarrhea as they would make your dehydration worse. [5]
