Shortness of Breath
When vasculitis affects your lungs, it may lead to shortness of breath. This means that you cannot take a deep breath and find it hard to breathe as usual. In some cases, a cough would happen as well. You may even cough up blood, which can be very scary. It is very important to go to the healthcare provider as soon as you face difficulty breathing. During an X-ray, there could be some pneumonia-like signs in your lungs, although it might not be actually caused by pneumonia. [6]
