Exercise Regularly
Working out regularly is an effective way to remove lactic acid. The more physically fit your body is, the less glucose it requires to burn. As a result, less lactic acid is built up during physical activities. In other words, frequent exercises can increase efficiency in expending energy and burning calories. Ideally, aim for at least 3 to 4 times during the week. Make sure to let your muscles have enough time to recover in between. If you just start, it is better to begin with low intensity before increasing the workload gradually. [5]
