Since vitamin D isn’t naturally found in many foods, it is usually added to some staple goods via fortification. Some good fortified foods to include in your daily meal include orange juice, plant-based milk, cow’s milk, yogurt, tofu, ready-to-eat cereals. Keep in mind that these products can vary by region and country, and the level of vitamin D added might differ by type and brand.
