Tabletop Oblique Crunches

Start with a tabletop position by placing both knees hip-width apart and hands shoulder-width apart. Keep the back flat and engage the core. Next, rotate the left hip to lift off the left knee until it is aligned with the back. Move the bent knee to the elbow and swing the leg back around slowly until it is straight behind.
