To begin with, you need to bend the left knee and put the left foot on the floor. Next, reach the right leg behind your body. Put both hands flat shoulder-width apart on the ground and in light with the left foot. Keep in mind to put the left knee directly above the left ankle rather than in front or behind it. Engage the glutes, thighs, and core to lift off the hands and straighten the torso. Lift your hands in the air or keep them on the waist.
