Shoulder-Tap Planks

This exercise starts with a high plank: feet hip-width apart and hands shoulder-width apart. Engage the core so that the feet and head are aligned. After that, lift off the left hand and tap the right shoulder. Next, put the left hand back down and switch to the right hand. Keep doing the shoulder taps alternatively. The key is to engage the core and hips. To add more challenges, try to add a push-up after completing each shoulder tap on every side. [2]
