Pressure and Friction
A combination of pressure and friction on the skin would lead to blisters on your feet. When this part of the body is persistently rubbed against rough surfaces, socks, or shoes, it would lead to inflammation and irritation. Common symptoms include redness, swelling, and pain. Before blisters appear, you might notice red soreness on the feet as well. If pressure and fiction keep affecting this area, skin shearing may happen and cause small tears. Friction blisters are typically tender and painful to the touch. In more severe cases, they would be even disabling. [9]
