Exercises
In some cases, doing exercises and working out would also trigger itchy rashes in hives. Even though many people often think that it is due to an increase in their internal heat, the actual trigger is the sweat. Indeed, many people might be allergic to their own sweat. However, this does not necessarily mean that you should skip exercises to alleviate the symptoms. Instead, visit your healthcare provider and take a dose of antihistamine to prevent flare-ups when you are working out. Also, make sure to clean your body of sweat regularly after each exercise to prevent it from spreading and cause hives. [7]
