Swollen Skin

If you think that you have an MRSA infection, look for any area of swollen and red skin. This is one of the most typical signs of staph infection. These areas often look like blisters or boils that feel hot. In some cases, they would ooze pus or discharge. Broken skin can be susceptible to infection. Therefore, make sure to wash your hand frequently and keep wounds clean to prevent infection. [2]
