A drop attack is typically an abrupt, unexpected fall where a person would fall without consciousness to the ground. This would happen quickly without your awareness as though someone was coming and pushing you from behind. Fortunately, only a small amount of people with Meniere’s disease suffer from this specific sign. Also, it tends to happen in some advanced stages of the condition.
