Home Remedies for Dry Skin

Fresh Veggies and Fruits

A balanced and healthy diet with plenty of fresh veggies and fruits would provide your body and skin with adequate nutrients and vitamins to stay hydrated. Some foods containing a high level of water content, which is very good for hydration, include tomatoes, broccoli, or watermelon. Try to consume at least 2 parts of seasonal fruits and 2 parts of leafy, green veggies on a daily basis. Also, try to add some foods with healthy fats into your diet to increase blood circulation to your skin. These include tofu, walnuts, salmon, peanut butter, olives, or avocadoes. [5]
