Pacemaker
A pacemaker is a tiny device that can be put into the heart to help with arrhythmia, heart block, and other symptoms of diastolic heart failure. Before starting, you need to consult your healthcare provider to find out the highest heart rate of the unit. Also, figure out the preset lower and upper heart rates that the tool would pump at. Once it has been installed, you need to record your heart rate regularly to make sure that the pacemaker is working correctly. Avoid drinking or eating anything before the procedure. Also, do not do any activity that puts pressure on the chest area where the device is installed. [14]
