Drink Lots of Water
Water is a main part of blood and plays an important role in carrying nutrients and oxygen and removing waste products. A deficiency of water would slow down the metabolism and lead to fatigue, making it more vulnerable to narcolepsy. Make sure to take in at least 120 ml or 4 ounces of fluid every 1 hour. Glucose-free, non-caffeinated sports beverages with electrolytes can also keep you hydrated. To maintain the level of energy when doing exercises, bring a glass of water and consume regularly. Aim for around 2 liters of water per day. Avoid caffeinated drinks such as tea or coffee. [8]
