Auditory Issues
The underlying trigger of dyslexia is an issue with phonological processing or the ability to hear or see a word and break it down into separate parts to associate then with the letters making up that word. Although this would make reading especially difficult, it usually also affects the ability of kids to speak and listen correctly and clearly. Those people might experience some issues with understanding quick instructions or recalling some command sequences. Also, they might have difficulty remembering what they heard and putting thoughts into words. Thus, it is quite common for people with dyslexia to speak with halting or incomplete sentences. [5]
