Constraint-Induced Therapy
In constraint-induced therapy, people with Broca’s aphasia will involve in some interactive activities guided by a communicative need. These include picture cards or language games. The main goal is to encourage your language areas to activate and function. Each session can be very intense and last for up to five hours in 10 consecutive days. This procedure is developed by many neuroscientists to help restore the functions of nerve cells. Depending on your symptoms and stages, your doctor might suggest the combination with other treatment options, such as medications or rehabilitation. [14]
