A Fever of 101℉ or Higher

Having a fever can be one of the symptoms of strep throat, especially when it comes to children. The body has a normal temperature of 37 ℃, but when something unusual and out of the ordinary is going on in your body, your body responds and tries to fight the infections by having an increase in its temperature. Fever is a temporary increase in the body’s temperature which can be 39.4 ℃ or even higher. This causes the body to sweat beyond normal, and sometimes, chills and shivers are associated with fever despite the hotness of the body. [1]
