Change of Toothbrush
It’s essential to use a soft-bristled brush and always change toothbrushes when it gets frays. Two to three months should be the change time for your brush for an effective clean brush and fresher mouth. Also due to the bacteria present in the brush it is advisable to soak or leave your brush in an anti-bacterial solution, because of tiny food particles that may be stuck in the bristles after use, this might be a breeding place for bacterias to grow on the brush and you might just be infesting more bacteria into your mouth. Just getting a small narrow jar to fill it with vinegar or any anti-bacterial solution then deep your brush in it. [11]
