Lean Meat

Meats are known to produce fats to the body, but there is a way you can prepare your meat to reduce its fat content. The skins on the meat you eat to account for most of the fats found in them. You can, therefore, get rid of the fats in meat by cooking your meats skinless. Skinless chicken, turkey, and red beef will be relatively low in fats content when their skins are trimmed off. Asides this, lean red meat gives nutrients such as iron, zinc, and B12 while lean chicken or turkey provides selenium, vitamin B3, B6, and choline. They are all rich sources of protein. [3]
