High-fat Meats
Meats that are high in fats should also be cut down on. Red meat and white meat have a high-fat concentration in their skins while pork has a fatty part. Whether white or red meat, their skins are very dangerous since that where most of the fat lies. Although, there is a way you can reduce the fat content of meat, which is by cutting off the skin. Also, avoid meat that has been deep-fried. Fried meat increases in fat content because it has absorbed cooking oil (most of which cannot be trusted). [10]
