Sore Throat
A flu infection can lead to a sore throat. Some viruses actually cause a sore throat without a cough. While a sore, scratchy, uncomfortable sensation in the throat is certainly an annoyance, it could be a signal that you may be coming down with flu. If you have a sore throat, it may tend to worsen as the virus progresses.
