Getting Enough Sleep
As a patient of depression, it is advisable to take more free time off work to rest and sleep. Having enough sleep helps to enhance the hormones in the body. Although, depression most time makes it very hard to get good sleep, it of your task to fight against this. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Also, you must take all the distractions out of your bedroom, no computer and no TV. In time, you would find your sleep improve. [11]
